Friendly staff and helpful service

I app**** for vehicle insurance but things didn't quite work out as planned so I had to temporarily cancel my policy.<br> <br> Not only is this company's premiums affordable but their staff has fantastic service.<br> <br> I spoke to both Farah and Thembi and they were both so friendly and assisted me in such a professional and helpful manner. I am very impressed.<br> <br> Farah sent me the cancellation SMS within seconds and Thembi assisted me and assured me the refund will be done within 3-5 working days.<br> <br> It's such a pleasure to call with a problem and you can hear that the staff actually want to assist the client.<br> <br> Thank you both for your fantastic service. Because of this level of professionalism, I will not hesitate to reactivate my policy with PMD again once I get the car and stay with PMD for the long run. Keep up the great work.
