I was in a accident, my car a write off. I was being followed in Joburg going to Soweto by a suspicious car so i decided to try lose them, which led to my accident. Right now after everything i have been through fearing for my life PMD decided to kick me when im down. I am now paying R300k for my BMW. I am very disappointed with PMD they look for every loop hole not to pay my claim. :( They could not find anything wrong with my claim, they checked everything. So they decided to hire someone (independent speed specialist) who incorrectly calculated my speed based on his assumptions, even though it was showing 64km/h on tracker report. Their speed specialist calculated 81km/h. I am very disappointed! What was the point of paying insurance this whole time than when its time to pay they look for and all the loop holes not to pay.
