For the past year I have been with Prime Median Direct or PMD, my experience with them are great so far. I had my first claim which was a windscreen claim and from the initial process of logging the claim on the app to the speedy claims handeling was dealt with in about 3 days. PMD so far is very efficient with the way the do business. I would recommend them any day of the week.
