Firstly I was helped by a lady called Moufhe(forgive me if I got the spelling wrong). She was so calm and very helpful. Type of human being, I wish I could get help from when I call. People have their problems and frustrations and when you work with you should expect that but that same very person can be calmed by you, I think she understands that very well.
