FINDS ANY REASONS NOT TO PAY OUT CLAIMS-WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
<p>I had a tyre burst in august on my way home which resulted in my car being damaged and written off. I do not know what caused the tyre burst instead of the this insurance investigating what lead to the tyre burst , they rejected my claim telling me I was driving above speed limit. I mean speed was not cause of the accident, they just come up with stupid reasons not pay. **** ISNURANCE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!</p>

We truly dislike rejecting claims, however, for the benefit of our other policyholders we only approve claims which qualify in terms of the policy conditions.
As you have approached the office of Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance, we do hope that you obtain the confirmation you are seeking regarding the outcome of your claim. In addition, we are obliged to direct all communication with regard to your claim via the OSTI’s office and are awaiting their findings. On receipt, we will of course, respect their report.
