I was involved in an accident on 29 June 2015 around 08:10, I reported the accident immediately to the police. The following day I called the claims dept, submittted completed forms and later affidavit for my cell phone records. Everything they asked for I comp**** with. The damage to the vehicle considered as written-off. I don't have means of transport to go home(+300km single). I expected at least the decision would be made by now as per the technician's promises. She promised to finalized the report within a month(july). She further told me that the file was sent for review. I'm so dissappointed with your service even my friends who convinced me to leave my insurance and join pmd also dissappointed. How long should I wait toget the results of review?
