Feedback- Poor service
<p>On the 15 Dec 2016 I was in an accident and on the 19 the matter was reported to the Insurance company Prime meridian direct, on the 20th the forms were send back together with the relevant documents and the photos as I was advised they can assess via the photos digital. But today is the 24 January 2017 what has been done. You only get feedback whe you phone and the technician Donovan promised to send the quotation with the forms that I need to fill last week Tuesday 17 January thus far nothing received. Instead they requested another set of photos, why do you send the assessor at home to assess the damages.</p> <p>I understand it was the festive season companies were closed and nothing could be done. But is it worth it, I am very disappointed at the service received from Prime Meridian Direct when you take the insurance they promise you heaven and earth now, its a different story.
