Falsified assessment report and failure to repaire

I have a police with the above mentioned and was involved in a car accident in Dennilton last year on 29 September 2017,I put in a claim and was requested to send in the accident photos of which I did,it was handled by Robin Loch assessor of which he made his own assumptions and did add all the damages as stated. They quoted me only for bumper and numberplate, of which my boot does not close, and the assessor did not physically come out to inspect the car and worked on his own assumptions. When we took it to the SAMBRA approved repairer they quoted us on the exact accident damage of R6100 as per their quotation,I booked family reaponsibily which incurred a financial loss as we booked the car In on Wednesday, today is Friday and they stated that the new claim is rejected as the accident happened in front. This is a total ******* this is not the first time this company is doing this to me. My claim no.CL ********** 04. Following this matter to be escalated to Ombudsman and national consumer rights.
