False advertising
I’m highly disappointed with PMD upon taking up comprehensive vehicle cover with them, I was told that the premiums will remain the same which has been the case until today! with that said I was also assured that after a year my premiums would be reviewed and will be decreased due to the vehicle value depreciation but to my surprise today I get a sms of the total opposite instead of them going down they go UP !!! When I call their call centre the agent that picks up listen to my query then Hangs up on me , when I call again the person that answers doesn’t not give me a proper explanation or one that makes sense , I am highly disappointed in the service for someone that has been claim free for years and pays his premiums on time this is shocking and false advertising as they say one thing and do the total opposite!!!!
