Fair Outcome on Claim

Hi guys....just wanted to thank the Team from PMD especially Matuma for reviewing my claim again due to differences we had in the past and settling the matter on a fair bases. At some stage we disagreed materially but they were always welling to take my call and hear where I was coming from.

Indeed they really care and they have proven that if you have facts supporting your stance, then rest assured that they will do the right and fair thing when settling your claim.

Just some advise guys, please better the controls around holding repairers accountable for the in instances where substandard work done on your client vehicles especially if there is multiple back and fourth of between the repairer and the client. It's not fair for the client to carry any costs incurred for a vehicle not fixed according to their satisfaction.

Otherwise you guys are the best and please keep it up.
