Fair claim outcome
After posting on hello Peter, PMD finalized my claim and approved it then my case was handed over to Kaitlinne and she was great help to me however they still taking time to pay the bank that financed me. I hope everyone at PMD could be as great and customer centric as Kaitlinne and they can reduce their turn around time to at least 20 days after your claim. I hope they can pay my bank ASAP so that I can get myself another car. KAITLINNE YOU REALLY ARE AMAZING THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.
