Failed by PMD Insurance

It has been 6 months since my vehicle has been taken to three panel beaters due to an accident still not repaired. Facts. 1. Vehicle collection was arranged without proper communication. 2. After Collection, there was no courtesy vehicle offered. 3. Vehicle Collected 19 November 2024 and of February Excess paid and vehicle was due for collection. Bonnet lever was damaged, Bonnet sensor alarming that it is open. Collision sensor alarming because it was not connected yet the vehicle passed inspection. Left the vehicle to be fixed. 4th when vehicle was collected early March. Suspension still had a problem and I was told it was my brake disc which was false. Steering rack was making a noise. Sunroof was broken it failed to close after opening(this damage was not present when the vehicle was brought in). I returned the vehicle and informed PMD. PMD Refused to fix the vehicle and has still refused to provide recordings as requested. I have to call if I wish to have an update. They do not bother providing frequent updates. I have been dealing with this neglect for 6 months. I have not been treated fairly as a customer and to have my vehicle damaged further in their care has been worse. 6 months my vehicle is standing in the open sun and rain. Fighting the Panel Beaters will be senseless because PMD chose them and vouched for them. My Insurance has failed me in this regard yet I have to continue this ordeal with them because my car needs to be fixed and they have to finish what they started. I have stated facts and I hope this complaint will not be removed.
