Extremely disappointed

I am really disappointed with the service im getting. It's been more than 2 weeks waiting for my tyre claim to be paid. No one is even bothering to give me a feedback. If a claim has been approved, why do I have to wait for this long. I have been calling and sending messages, I'll get a call that the matter had been escalated someone will contact me. It's now almost 3 weeks no one has contacted me.
