Extremely Bad
They just sent me an email informing me that they have updated my policy. The excess has changed, I now have a separate excess amount for theft and hijacking incidents from a R5k to a whopping R42000 excess WHAT?!?!? Time to change insurance. People check your emails, check your contacts they change the excess!!!!!!!
