******ion of money/ took premiums but rejected my claim

On the 24th June 2022 I met in an accident the 1st accident in my driving career due to an oil patch on a rainy wet road. I called PMD and they were helpful and assisted by sending a tow truck and reassured me all is well with the policy and no issues and that i must call back on Monday. In the interim i went to the police station and got a case number and laid a report. On the 25th i sent through pictures and all relevant documents and was given a claim number - thereafter it was a waiting game - I called every 2nd day for an update on the 29th July i received a call to say it was sent to the decision makers and by the ffg Wednesday i will have feedback - again i waited. in this time I borrowed money to pay for the courtesy car which was given to me for 15 days. On the 18/08 at 4.08pm i received a call saying my claim is rejected, i have 5 days to release my car at a fee of R2859.37 and the courtesy car must be returned in 24hours - reason is they dont have pictures of my car before the accident. My pictures were sent through via their whattsapp line in Jan/ Feb 2022 and unfortunately my phone was ****** in March with no trace or history on my end due to this. they have been debiting my account every month since the 29th January 2022 religiously and on the 17th June they sent a policy update to me. They claim they sent 4 sms to me asking for the pictures - now we dont live in a sms world but rather on the phone and on email. Not 1 call in the last 8 months stating that they dont have my pics at all but rather lets take Mrs Pillays money. I have had to bear the cost of the release fee, towing truck, uber/ bolt and numerous call fees. Apart from this I am now having to try and fix my car borrowing money. To date I have had not one call or email stating or giving me an update - except for a email stating that my dispute will be looked at. This is now the 2nd dispute with PMD one is a Life policy and now my car. Is this the service that we pay for. They stole my money but dont want to pay for my claim. Their whattsapp line doesnt work as I have tested it they send you incorrect details so whats to say that the receiving end of their line recived my pics but didnt upload it.
