These guys have been exceptional every time I had to deal with them.....from getting a quote for my new car to claiming. I have been in an accident twice with 2 different cars, 1 write-off and 1 repair and have been fully satisfied with their services. Towing assistance is quick and efficient, I don't remember having to hold for too long when i called them. They also provide regular feedback on the claims. 3 claims made in total and all 3 been approved. Their premiums are very affordable and mostly, I love the idea of having eccess that depreciates every month to where I can pay zero eccess fees when I claim.
