Please allow me to highlight a staff member of PMD that provided exceptional client service way above what was expected – Ricardo Salepas

I have been a policyholder with PMD for about a year now. All my dealings with PMD has always been good and service was always on par as expected. Upon calling PMD yesterday (03/09/2020) to remove a sold vehicle and to add a newly purchased vehicle I was put through to Ricardo. From the word go he was very helpful and his client interaction levels/skill was very professional and on point. In this “unliked” industry it is a quality that few possess.

I also work in the short-term insurance industry and have been for the last 28 years. I service a 300+ portfolio of high net worth individuals and my own levels of service need to be way above the norm, so I know what is required from a consultant to perform and impress. Ricardo matched that without a doubt. He informed me that he is working under supervision so I must make the assumption that he is new to the industry. I see a very bright future for him. He is definitely a great asset for PMD.

Ricardo followed up with the dealer on a regular basis to obtain the required photographs so that he could generate a confirmation of cover letter for me – he acted in a way the exceeded my own expectations and for that I am truly grateful. He is a gem that PMD will have to guard as his type is easily identified and ****** by competitors that want to gain the edge within the market
