Excellent Service from Mpho at PMD

I was not very happy with the service i receieved from Patrick, unfortunately i did not get his surname not only was he rude but he had totally disregarded anything i had to say only because i am not the policy holder, i did tell him to call the policy holder who was available waiting for his call that never came, however I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mpho nhlapo. She was not only polite but she explained everything in detail. She is surely an asset to the company. Thank you, Mpho ❤️
