EXCELLENT SERVICE

I want to commend Jemima who managed to change my mind in cancelling my policy as I was very upset with the excess I had to pay. After she had explained to me how it was calculated I then understood. I had a claim before and paid zero excess and was surprised that when I lodged a claim a few weeks ago that the excess I had to pay was half of the damages incurred. This no doubt upset me. However, Jemima with a quiet, unwavering disposition asked if she could explain it to me. Once she had taken me through it I changed mind and decided to continue with PMD. PMD should place a high value on Jemima as even though I am not happy with the changes brought about, she managed to convince as she listened to what I had to say instead of talking over me.
