EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE FROM PMD

I just want to express my appreciation and thank PMD for the good and professional service I have received.

Upon having an accident with my vehicle I logged a claim with PMD and from the first call I made to them I never have to call again to do the follow up about my claim but instead the lady that was assigned for my vehicle claim made sure tha she keeps me up to date.

Within two days the approval for the repairs was granted and I was informed accordingly. While I was waiting for my vehicle repairs to be finished PMD gave me a courtesy car of which was also arranged in less than an hour and it was approved and the car was ready for me by the hiring company.
