Excellent customer service

Today I received the an exceptional service from PMD

I am writing this mail in relation to the “Excellent customer service” I have received from Neli Mgolombane, in fact, I am astonished. I have called to review my policy and I was welcomed with a warm heart and full of energy - Something rare to experience these days.

To be honest, Often, we leave a review as an afterthought (especially if we’re disappointed) but this time around I am impressed, whenever she was not sure she requested me to hold and go and confirm and came back with constructive feedback, not the usual “umm Sir,I'm noooottt sure and keeps quiet”

She went through the policy with me summarizing it quick, efficient and in detail at the same time, she went through the quotations and policy inclusions and exclusion with a deep understanding of what she was saying, Covering essential questions and giving me a chance to ask while speaking. It felt more like an engaging process than someone reading a script making it very easy for me to understand what is being said.

She reminded me of myself while I was at a call Center/Service Desk. I am delighted with the service, professionalism, work ethic and demonstration of loving what you do –I really wish her well in her career and future endeavours Thank you/ Kea leboga Neli
