Everything went smoothly. From the first call. Then sending pics on whatsapp. There was constant communication from the beginning. A consultant called me, asked if everything was ok. Then checked if my claim had been logged. It had. Two days later I received a call, saying that my claim, had been approved. I feel very relieved. I feel I have chosen the right insurance.
