Everything has been very easy and very convenient
Everything has been very easy and very convenient. I didn't even have to wait and listen to that awful call centre music while I "wait for the next available agent" when I called. Innocentia was very friendly and patient with me and helped me with all my issues. Again, no awful music whilst being "transferred to the relevant department"🙄. Excellent service!!
