Hi Could you please assist my girlfriend ASAP, she had an accident and she logged a claim on the 15 January 2016, Still today she is waiting for feedback because her car was written off. and you are still deducting the money from her account, she would like to be assisted and pay her the money you were deducting from February. She does not have a car to travel to work and she is doing standby. PLEASE HELP ASAP , The lady that was assist my girlfriend is Ane.

As discussed with the claimant on Thursday, 5 May 2016, considering the cir***stances surrounding the loss, tremendous progress has been made with the validation of the claim, which will be finalised shortly.
With regard to continued premium deductions following the loss, we can assure you that this is in fact not the case. As the damage to the vehicle was of such a nature that is no longer usable, the policy was cancelled with immediate effect with no negative impact on her claim.
