Effective service and short lead time
I want to commend Mr Mpho Nkosi for his excellent service rendered over the phone for changes to my wife and my policies at PMD as well as a few other Admin themes this morning. Mr Nkosis was clear, friendly, frank, professional and fast in resolving all 5 issues at hand. While still talking on the phone, he mailed the changed documentation of our policies and did exactly as requested. In a season of pathetic service in SA this was a refreshing experience. Well done!
