I was helped with my query and the agent asked if i was satisfied with how she handled my query, this is customer service at its best, especially in a world where businesses are all about making money and attracting new customers, while failing to service their existing customers. I cannot recall of a time where i spoke to a PMD agent and failed to help me, this is customer service at its best. Forward and upward PMD.
