Don't trust PMD

<p>Please do yourself a favour and not insure with PMD, you will highly regret it if you ever need to claim.</p> <p>I have been with them for over 4 years and my car was ****** on the 27 March 2017, I submitted my claim on the same day, and believe it or not, up until to date 2 July 2017 they still tell me my claim is sitting with the decision makers and not sure how long it will take them to decider the outcome.</p> <p>PMD's customer service is shocking, from the useless switchboard operators to Leslie and her supervisor in the claims department. These people will promise to call you back but a week will go pass and dololo phone call. But come month end, they will not hesitate to debit your account.</p> <p>Long story short, PMD is not an insurance company but a money making scheme, please don't make a mistake and sign up with them.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
