does not reply

During Aug 2024 I was involved in a collision in which they (Prime sa) advised they have decided the repairs costs was exceeding a certain percentage and thus have written the car off. Service was great until the payout was completed. I have sent emails etc and have not a single thing back from them.

All I needed to confirm was if my old car was indeed removed from name seeing as they have taken possession of the written off car, and too date not a single call back or reply to my mail, truly disappointed, please can I have some indication or some confirmation , how can it be that no one is bothering to reply to me I have been awaiting since November 2024, all I want is confirmation that the vehicle is no longer in my name , very simple so why it is that I cant get that
