I was in an accident with one of their clients in July. Since it was her fault I decided to claim from her insurance as a third party. I submitted all documents they asked for IN JULY and was told to wait 30 business days for them to process it. I have not heard anything back from them, I have emailed countless times to follow up and nothing from their side. THIS INSURANCE COMPANY USES DELAY TACTICS IN HOPES OF YOU NOT CLAIMING FROM THEM. Contacting the Ombudsman for further advice because this company is useless. Disgusting behavior from them and their clients.
