Do not join Prime
If you looking for insurance I do not recommend Pmd.f Pmd is selling lies to us. I recently joined prime with the hope of having peace of mind . Your consultants when they sell us insurance “we are of the view that it’s comprehensive cover”.
What’s the point of having insurance only to find out that I am not covered or assisted at claims stage ? What am I paying for exactly? What’s the point of PMD if I’m told about GPA and I’m have to pay the rest ? Where must I get the money ?
The biggest red flag was I had to wait for almost a month. I logged a claim at the beginning of the month and now we are on the last weeks - I had to call now and then for feedback cause no one was saying anything. Only to be told that nonsense.
This is my worst nightmare and I regret moving to prime. I don’t recommend it!
