Do not cover with Prime Meridian Direct

I have never received such terrible service by a service provider like I have with Prime Meridian Direct (PMD). I had my vehicle insured by them for over a year, I was involved in a car accident on 20/12/2018. I reported and submitted claim documents together with pictures of the damages to PMD by 22/12/2018. Today is 08/02/2019,the insurer PMD still has not processed the claim nor have they bothered to cover the damages, all they do is conduct useless interviews, call on a Friday afternoon after close of business to say they will conclude their investigation by the following week. I am very disappointed by this insurer, they continued to debit their premium as if all was well. Such a disappointment of a company. Terrible, terrible service. I wouldn't even advise my worst enemy to joint PMD. They do not hold up to their promise.

Claim ref CL ********** 72 logged on 22 December 2018 has today 6 May 2019 declared not approved by PMD. Miss Natasha, their agent was kind enough to share this with us. Reason for this, inconstintaties with the vehicle registration. PMD is a **** of a company with no humanity or consideration for those they claim to cover. No payment of claim, no return of monthly instalments. Are we really expected to keep our loyalty with such a company?
