Do I need to be worried
It's been a month nw since I had an accident and they have written off my car.... I am worried because it's taking longer than anticipated. The response that I receive is that they are making good progress but there are no details on progress.

We fully appreciate your search for further clarity regarding the claims process.
At PMD we always do all in our power to expedite the validation of our policyholder’s claims, to avoid unnecessary costs to both of us. During the claims validation information supp**** by clients needs to be verified and validated by independent sources as far as possible to enable us to make an objective decision.
A review of the communication on the claim confirms that our staff has kept you as well informed as can be reasonably expected. Rest assured that our Claims Team is working tirelessly to ensure that the validation of your claim is swiftly concluded.
You no doubt remember that unlike many other insurers, with PMD comprehensive cover your claim excess reduces to zero - and it does so within a surprisingly short period of time.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours on your behalf.
Kind regards,
The PMD Team
