Dissapointed with PMD
After being a loyal and claim free customer for the past three years I am dissapointed with PMD's service....my car was ****** on Saturday my tracker recovered the car on sunday i called PMD on my monday they told me to go and assess the car and they told me if it is not drivable i should let them know so that they can go and tow the car to thier premises, untill today the1st of february my car has not been towed they are taking me back and forth i ended up towing my car from the impound to my place....the last person i spoke to told me it take 15 working days to process the claim...ive never heard anything like this in my life, if PMD cant tow my car from the impound are they going to fix my car🤔...after my trauma of being hijacked i still need to deal with an incompetant insurer
