Disgusting insurance service

I am exceedingly dissatisfied with PMD's management of my rim and tire claim. It has been a full week, and my claim remains unresolved. I have contacted their offices nearly every day for updates and have been informed of a 24 to 48-hour timeframe, yet there has been no communication. If the process for claiming a rim and tire is this arduous, I question their commitment to honouring claims for serious accidents. I wonder how many customers are left in limbo awaiting the resolution of their motor vehicle accident claims to be concluded, It is apparent that PMD is the type of insurance that consistently finds justifications to deny claims; we should exercise caution with this insurance
