Disgusting customer service
I wouldn't recommend Prime to anyone the people in the call centers are kind and friendly until you have to deal with anything resulting in them paying or canceling you policy
The lady that helped me when canceling my insurance was extremely rude and even ended up putting the phone down in my ear because I didn't want to stay with them
