Disgusting
This insurance is ****************. I've been on their customized cover since last year. They make it sound all so good and say your excess will drop, but mine didn't drop at all. I made a claim and it was a long process just for a small scratch on my bumper. Advice for you is leave and join another insurance company.!! Pathetic, pathetic!from pmd
