Disgruntled client

I was in an accident on the 29.12.2019, today is the 03.02.2020, my claim is still not finalized. I don't understand that a claim must take over 30days and premiums are still being collected. I feel that PMD have failed me miserably as this process is moving at snailpace and I get feedback now and then and when I call I hold for too long, when i leave a message no one calls back. I don't know if my claim is at the bottom of the pile or what is happening. My tracker company called me cause the car battery has now died. What now? What must I do? Should I still pay my premiums?
