Disappointing
I’m really disappointed! I had my accident on 10/7/25, claim was approved on 21/7/25.I was told they wouldn’t start work on my car until I paid the access amount. Paid the access on 4/8/25. To date my car is still at the auto shop untouched because Prime SA hasn’t brought them the parts needed. I’m getting promises to get back to me which they never follow back on, I have to call and ask the same question! First it was the parts will be at the auto shop on 18/8/25 then it was before 27/8/25 today on Friday 29/8/25 I’m still waiting for feedback…

03 Sept 2025, 15:24Dear Puseletso,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We understand how important it is to have your car repaired promptly. While we aim to provide clear timelines, unforeseen factors can sometimes affect the availability of parts. Please rest assured that we are working closely with the repairer and our suppliers to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
Regarding the upfront excess payment, this is a standard procedure designed to ensure that repairs can proceed smoothly. We understand, however, that delays in the parts procurement process have caused added stress, and for that, we sincerely apologise.
To provide you with the latest information and support, a dedicated team member will contact you directly.
Please rest assured that we are committed to resolving this matter as quickly as possible.
It should be comforting to know that our nationwide panel of SAMBRA-approved repairers ensure that cars receive high-quality repairs and service.
Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team
