Disappointed

I was involved in a car accident where someone hit into me on the 28th January 2023. I was instructed by PMD to have my vehicle towed to the nearest repairer being Ross Champion mount edgcombe. The estimated damages on my car were a value of R153 000 sent to PMD on the 30th Jan. I have called them almost everyday since my accident and everyday the feedback changes,my claim was approved and I was told my car was going to be written off then all of a sudden their assessor brought the quote down to R75 000. Still no work is done on my car and then they **** about emails sent to Ross Champion leaving me no option to drive there myself and try get some clarity. As of last week they had tried getting my car moved to “another panel beater “ who isn’t even listed as a repairer of theirs which I refused any authority to tow/ move my car. Shortly after that I called again and was told Ross Champion no longer does work for them. Whilst at Ross Champion I was assured that that was a lie as I saw authorisations from PMD for work to be done. Clearly someone is lying or someone doesn’t know what they are doing. They have been sending me from pillar to post with different stories every day .I am the one who call them daily to check for the outcome of which they don't even bother to call. I am a sales manager and my job requires me to be on the road. I have a hired vehicle which I will be returning on the 3rd March and therefore at risk of taking unpaid leave due to this situation. They don't know what is customer service,or have any empathy for their clients! So I have given them the option to right my car off or have it fixed where they told me to take it and that’s that! I am also aware my car is no longer made and replacement parts are hard to find. Why can this not be sorted out. Should I be at risk of losing my job would they feed my kids ? I will never recommend this insurance to anyone ever in my life! Totally disgusted!
