Disappointed

My car was involved in an accident that PMD refused to cover after they took my car for assessment to their workshop and my car ended up at clear water Mazda dealership for assessment and still they refuse to cover for the damage they claimed it was mechanical breakdown cool, now I had to organize a towing truck to collect my car at my own expense as the mazda dealership was threatening to charge me for storage, worst thing that happened is when my car was collect from mazda dealership in clearwater it had this massive dent on a bumper with the paint been scabbed off and lot of scratches as if someone was scratching it with a knife on left side of the doors I'm so heart broken and disgusted at the treatment I received from PMD now I have to fix my car bumper and the car must be resprayed to remove the scratches at my own cost again.
