Delayed POOR Service
On 30th Oct 2015 my wife was involved in an accident which we reported immediately. We received updates for the first two weeks and I was impressed. We gave our full co-operation and submitted everything they asked from us. The assessor came out to our property and submitted his report to write off our vehicle. The problem **** with the technical department where everything was delayed because of the AR. I was even told of possible payment before Christmas. We did not receive any feedback from the company and had to contact Kaveshnee. After giving them some time to sort this AR report out we contacted Kaveshnee again. She was very irritated with my wife over the phone because nothing has been done to pick the AR report up to finalise the claim. She told us that she is going on holiday and will be returning only in mid January 2016. Two months have passed and we do not know who to contact to complain about the poor service. I feel that the claim was delayed unnecessary until the company closed for the holiday.
Your concern has been received and is respected.
Whilst our aim is to provide world class service to all our policyholders we are at times, unfortunately, dependent on external service providers. In this case, we are awaiting information from a government department, who closed offices over the festive period.
As you are aware our Claims Team have provided your wife with realistic expectation of when we expect the Department of Transport to reopen which would allow us to finalise your claim.
Nonetheless we will be sure to continue to provide you with regular updates of the progress made.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.
Kind regards,
The PMD Team
