Delay tactics on my very first claim

I am appalled by the way my claim is being handled by claim is being handled by PMD. All documents and photos have been submitted on 20 October already and was told the claim would be processed and to date I don't know what the progress is on the claim. This is unacceptable. I have been left without a car to get to work and while my car collects dust all PMD is doing is asking me for more and more photos. We pay our premiums every month with no delays and this is how PMD repays me. This level of service it pathetic to say the least!!!!
