Declined claim

On 03 January at 11pm i submitted a claim for an accident after a day or two i received a call from a consultant who gladly assisted me to inform me that they have sent me a email with a claim form i need to submit, she advised that i send the claim form with pictures after submitting i received another call that i need to please submit my ID or drivers license i then complaint as to why im being asked information in drips and d****s, finally my claim was in i then last week called to follow up and a consultant advised me that my claim is still in process and that it has been sent again to be re-evaluated i then asked why is it re-evaluated is their something wrong or outstanding he then assured me that all is well and that he will call me on Tuesdays to give me feedback because he does not work on Mondays till today he has not done so, now today i received an email from Micheal (Im not sure about the spelling of the name) who advised me that my claim is not approved of which i accepted and then queried what is the reason for the decline and she happily explained to me out of all the calls i have received she is the only employee of PMD who was willing to talk to me. During our conversation she mentioned that one of the factors that made my claim not to be approved was that i submitted insufficient information for example their was no witness statement and mind you i was never advised to provide a witness statement and that i failed to submit pictures of which i submitted on email to a consultant i am not going to pay for damages to my car and i refuse to accept the final recommendation, pmd will pay for the damages i have prove of calls i made to consultants begging and asking them if their are outstanding info of which they said no and i have prove of email sent to pmd, can pmd advise when i should go hand in my car for requires at their cost.
