Debited premium after I already paid directly
I took out two separate premiums with PMD expecting that when they run a debit on my account they will just run one debit, but no they actually run two debits for the two separate premiums - this didn't make sense to me as it is one company so they should just add the premiums and run one debit. I then asked them to stop running the debit from their side and I'll rather setup a scheduled payment and pay them from my side because their way causes unnecessary bank charges for me. That was setup but after I paid them for the two policies I noticed that they still ran the debit on my account. I have asked them to refund me for this and I have only been refund for the one premium and not the other plus it is only fair that they refund the bank charges that I incurred when they ran the debit. It has been close to a month and I still haven't received my money back I'm just wondering what would've happened if I was the one owing them. Pathetic.

At the time of purchasing your policy it was explained that the first debit is for your Prime Motor Thrift policy and the second for your Prime Motor Assist policy.
Our records reflect that you have been refunded with both premiums some time ago, perhaps you were not aware of this?
Nonetheless your concern is important to us and we can confirm that your scheduled payment can be made by you by means of a cash deposit into our bank account as per your request going forward.
