Debited after cancelation confirmed

I recently took a policy for both my cars with prime south africa.the policy was suppose to activate from the 1st of December 2025 but a week ago I decided to cancel it.i was contacted by an agent and they agreed to cancel.was sent the cancelation email aswell.today I get debited for R599.77 by prime south africa even though I canceled.people need to be aware of this company and their dishonest ways
