debit order
I have been calling request to debit my account as I received the salary on the 14 but I changed the debit order date to the 15. but my debit order date is on the 20 of each month. On the 19 received the SMS that I am not covered due to non-payment .My statement doesn't reflect attempt debit order and they should charge unpaid debit order . even now I received the same SMS about the unpaid debit order .I am tired now because i phone your call center request to debit my account .I nee the email so that I send my statement to show there is no debit order that try to debit my account
