I had a very bad terrible experience with Prime Meridian Direct. I logged a claim cause my car was involved in accident , they said within 18 days my car will be repaired , 28 days passed it went to finish a month, I called Prime Meridian Direct and ask for a feed back they said they waiting for my car parts because they already ordered them, time goes on I tried calling M.A.G. and found out about car being fixed they answered me and said they took out all old and damaged car parts but they waiting for Prime Meridian Direct to make payments to them , again I called Prime Meridian Direct and ask about this the answer was my car cost is higher than they expect, they offered me R47000 to fix for my self with my panel beater , because of I needed my car I agreed , within few hours they changed the amount and dropped it they said they will give me R27,000 because they already ordered my car parts , I also agreed to that , but what hurts me is when I called A.M.G panel beater to found how far to finish fixing my car, they said I must come and Tow my car because Prime Meridian Direct is refusing to pay A.M.G panel beater and they won't fix nor return my older car parts , I must see what to do , no unless they are paid by Prime Meridian Direct to return my car parts .. Today I got a call from Prime Meridian Direct they said my car insurance has been cancelled, how possible is that on earth, while my car is not fixed the worst part is still with M.A.G, I think I am being ****med, while I was paying car insurance all these months, this is what I got,
