Customer service through accident claim
Madelain from PMD claims department was of great help, I did not use any of my money unless I had a question to ask. She provided me with updates atleast twice a week just to let me know about my claim's status. I sometimes felt like they taking forever to process my claim but in terms of customer service she made me feel important through out the process.
I am not just saying because my claim was approved but she took everything seriously. My other that I will buy DEFINITELY I am going with PMD again.
