Constitutional right to privacy not protected

My car was in an accident on 25 November 2015 and I reported it to Prime Meridian and up until now my car has not been fixed. They want me to sign Vodacom forms that authorises them to go through my phone calls and my where abouts on that day. I feel that, my right to privacy is being violated and every body who has this insurance will be scrutinised in this manner when his or her car is involved in an accident. I feel that, their contracts are only meant to benefit their Company because it is my right not to give them authorisation to go through my phone. I could not go anywhere for nearly 2 months because the car is not roadworthy and a lot of my personal things are delaying.
