Constitutional right to privacy infringed
Onthe 26 November, my car was in an accident and the other car ran away and I reported to Prime Meridian and my car is still not repaired. Tammy wants to go through my phone for that day and I feel that my right to privacy is being violated. Prime Meridian should not undermine the Constitution of South Africa. They knew that when they designed the policy contracts and I feel sorry for Prime Meridian customers if this is what they are subjected to when logging a claim.
